The Best Sports/TCG Card Finder (the "App"), published by Bounce & Grow LLC ("Bounce & Grow," "we," "us"), helps you look up trading card and sports card market prices. This policy explains what information the App does and does not collect.
Information we collect
The App does not require an account — you can go straight to the Finder. If you choose to create a free profile, we ask for a display name and an email address so we can email you a sign-in link (the App never uses passwords). While you are signed in, your "My Cards" list syncs with your profile so it follows you between devices.
- Saved on your device: Your watchlist, "My Cards" list, and app preferences are stored locally on your device (in app/browser storage), whether or not you sign in. They are deleted from the device if you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
- Card scanning: If you use "Scan a card", the photo is processed on your device to read the card's name and details. QR codes are also read on your device; if a QR code contains a link, we show the link and open it only if you tap it. The photo itself is not uploaded to us or stored by us; only the text read from the card is used as a search, the same as if you had typed it.
- Search requests: When you search for a card — by typing or by scanning — the search term is sent over the internet to public price and card-data sources so the App can show you live results and prices. These requests are part of how the App works.
- Usage analytics: The App uses Google Analytics to understand general usage (for example, which features are popular). This may include device type, general location (country/region), and pages viewed. It is not used to identify you personally.
Information we do not collect
- Unless you create a free profile, we do not collect your name or email. We never collect passwords (the App has none) or phone numbers through the App.
- We do not collect payment information. The App sells nothing and processes no purchases.
- We do not access your contacts, microphone, or precise location. The camera is used only when you tap "Scan a card" (or "Scan a card now" in the app), and scan photos and QR reads stay on your device unless you tap a link a QR code contains.
- We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Price and card data shown in the App comes from third-party public sources (such as card databases and marketplaces). When the App contacts those sources, or when you tap a link to an outside marketplace, that service's own privacy policy applies.
Children
The App is a price-lookup tool intended for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
Delete your account or data
You can request deletion of your profile or profile data at any time. The steps are listed on our Delete Account or Data page.
